The Most Realistic Police Simulator Is A Mod!

When you think of a police simulator, what game comes to mind? Maybe Police Simulator: Patrol Officers which was released in 2022? Maybe you go for the swat simulation of Ready Or Not? The definitive answer to this question is neither of these titles capture police simulation as well as LSPDFR does. If you’re not already aware, LSPDFR is a GTA 5 overhaul modification that allows you to become a police officer using the GTA 5 world and engine. Yes, the best police simulation out there is a mod! We are not going to look at all the different plugins and scripts for LSPDFR, but we will dive into what it is and the overall feel and look of the mod. I will also link a video of one of my favorite streamers who regularly provides LSPDFR content so you can get a better feel of how it works and plays.

So what exactly is LSPDFR? As previously stated, LSPDFR is a total overhaul mod of GTA 5, which uses the famous RageHook Plugin (https://ragepluginhook.net/). LSPDFR allows you to become a police officer upholding the law in the GTA 5 world however you see fit. You can customize your character model with different load-outs and uniforms. You can choose which police vehicle you take out on patrol. Anything from the reliable Ford Crown Victoria to a modern Chevy Tahoe is at your disposal. You can go on and off duty at any police station in the GTA 5 world or use a script to do this automatically. You can pick and choose which types of “call-outs” you’d like to include from hundreds of different choices made by the modding community. Additionally, all of your environmental modifications, such as NVG, work very well with LSDPFR. There are thousands of plugins, scripts, uniforms, police vehicle skins, and models. There are practically endless customization possibilities. Again, we won’t get into detail about every single plugin or script available to you, but you can view them all yourself over at www.LSPDFR.com.

The LSPDFR community is vibrant and very alive, and they regularly provide updated content. The community is solely responsible for the success of this project after the initial LSPDFR mod was released for GTA 5. You can always expect the newest police vehicle model or updates to your favorite call-out packages. The possibilities are truly endless! The best part about this mod is you can pick and choose whatever plugins, scripts, and models you would like to include in your particular playthrough. If you don’t want the chaos of gunfights and high-speed chases all the time, then you don’t have to include them! Unfortunately, LSPDFR can be very difficult and frustrating to put into your GTA 5 game. Luckily, with a simple Google search, you’ll find plenty of YouTube help videos to get you started. You unfortunately DO have to worry about plugin conflicts, so watching a quick video or reading documentation is a must.
