Edge of Memories is scheduled for November 5, 2026. Featured image: Nacon / Midgar Studio.
It’s been a little quiet around here. Long enough that you’d be forgiven for thinking Dot Slash Gaming had disconnected and forgotten to reconnect.
Well, I’ve found the login screen.
I’m Kevin, and I’m working on bringing the site back to life. There’s some cleaning up to do, a website to refresh, and plenty of games to talk about. Mostly, I want to get back to making stuff and sharing it here.
One of my favorite parts of running Dot Slash Gaming was working with our team of writers, throwing around ideas and figuring out what to cover next. I loved that part of it, and the articles everyone contributed are still an important part of this site.
For now, though, the “we” in “we’re back” is doing some heavy lifting. It’s me getting things moving again.
I’ve got a few ideas for what comes next: articles, quick video takes, and maybe some streams or a podcast. I want to try different ways of sharing what I’m playing, talking gaming news, and getting a good conversation going. I’m figuring out what fits as I go, but that’s part of the fun of bringing this back.
With more games on the way in 2026, finding something to talk about shouldn’t be too difficult. Finishing everything might require a second save file for real life.
If you’ve been here before, thanks for stopping back in. If you’re new, welcome! What are you playing, and what would you like to see covered?
Time to hit Continue.
